Your role is to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction from start to finish, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners. Key Responsibilities: Client Registration: Accurately register client details and maintain up-to-date records. Stakeholder Coordination: Proactively chase and communicate with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely progress. Document Management: Gather and verify all required documents, such as identification, mortgage agreements, and insurance policies, to complete the sale.
