Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs, provide consultation on recruitment strategies, and ensure high client satisfaction. Team Development: Coach and mentor team members to enhance their recruitment skills, knowledge, and performance through training programs, regular feedback, and professional development opportunities. Performance Management: Monitor team performance against KPIs & targets, and take corrective actions as needed to ensure goals are met or exceeded. Candidate Management: Oversee the candidate screening and selection process, ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with client requirements.
