As an Account Director, you’ll play a key role in shaping the success of our most important and high-growth accounts, acting as a trusted partner to clients and a critical driver of business growth. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you’ll bring your demonstrable expertise in managing and selling to complex channel accounts. Please note, this role is field based covering the southeast and southwest of England What you'll be doing Manage c.50 partner accounts across the South East and South West of England. Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, and new opportunities. Build and sustain long-term partner relationships. Develop and implement account and growth plans. Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews for key partners. Support partner sales via GTM strategies and proposals. Monitor partner activity, trends, and opportunities. Provide sales forecasts and track account metrics. Identify and execute portfolio growth opportunities. Ensure end-to-end management through cross-department collaboration. Maintain partner relationships and data via CRM. Acquire new business via outbound calls. Your qualifications & experience Demonstrable experience in a complex sales or account management environment. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets, particularly within the connectivity market (vendor, distributor or reseller). An up-to-date awareness of the channel. Extensive knowledge of the connectivity market. Demonstrable evidence of achieving and exceeding targets in the indirect space. Ability to develop and execute long-term account plans and strategies to support partner growth. Strong interpersonal skills to maintain and strengthen partner relationships. Excellent verbal and written skills for partner presentations, proposals, and internal coordination. Proficient in negotiating contracts, pricing, and solutions with clients. Ability to analyse data, market trends, and account performance to inform decision-making. Skilled in prioritising tasks and managing multiple accounts simultaneously. Strong capability to address partner issues and provide creative solutions. Familiarity with CRM systems - particularly Microsoft Dynamics. Full UK driving license. What's in it for you?
