This is a key role within the UK&I HSEQ Team, responsible for managing data, fostering collaboration, and supporting relationships across Ops Performance, the wider business, and Group.

Key Responsibilities
1. Collation, analysis and dissemination of HSEQ information and statistics
2. Strong collaboration with the UK&I HSEQ Team, Operations Performance and Group to improve processes
3. Manage the HSEQ purchasing and GRN processes
4. Support the business with VEHS, Assessnet and Insight queries
5. Project manage Insight performance and improvements
6. Effective collaboration on bids, tenders, mobilisations and transitions
7. Ensure Group, UK and Segment reporting is accurate
8. Suggest and manage improvements to the HSEQ Sharepoint pages
9. Lead other HSEQ projects as required
10. Track and report on internal metrics such as overdue incidents, lessons identified and IRP completion
11. Drive a consistent approach to HSEQ and collaborate with Operations Performance teams and central functions to embed ‘Stronger, Simpler, Closer’
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
1. HSEQ Administration experience in a complex matrix organisation
2. Strong Project Management Skills
3. A strong multi-task approach to work
4. Hard and Soft Facilities Management experience
5. Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers and third parties
6. Communication and influencing skills at all levels of the business
7. A passion for HSEQ and the ability to inspire a culture where HSEQ is an embedded part of everyday operations
8. Formal Health & Safety or Environmental Management Certificate (e.g. IEMA or NVQ level 3)
