We are currently seeking an Internal Sales Engineer based in Kempston to join one of our clients on a full-time permanent basis. Our client is a well-established manufacturer who is going through a big growth period.
Responsibilities of the Internal Sales Engineer
* Manage and interpret both new and existing customer requirements.
* Provide pre-sales technical expertise and product education to new and existing customers.
* Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
* Calculate accurate and competitive sales quotations and prepare tenders, proposals, designs and technical documents to meet customer deadlines.
* Follow up quotations.
* Offer after-sales service and support.
* Enter all sales orders onto Sage.
Requirements for a successful Internal Sales Engineer
* Strong sales background ideally within manufacturing.
* Able to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong IT skills with proficiency in Sage.
* HVAC knowledge useful.
* Tenacity, enthusiasm and determination.
* Outstanding communication skills both written & verbal.

Hours: Monday - Thursday 8:00am - 4:30pm, Fridays 8:00am - 12:00pm
