Taiga Upland is one of Scotland’s leading forestry and environmental contractors. We’re moving through an exciting period of growth and digital transformation—and we need a highly organised and proactive Business Support & Systems Manager to help us get to the next level.

Based in Pitlochry, one of Scotland’s most stunning rural towns, this role allows you to live and work in the heart of Highland Perthshire, surrounded by mountains, forests, and world-class outdoor opportunities.
What You’ll Do
1. Run and optimise Xero for financial admin, invoices, reporting and payroll.
2. Run MONDAY.com & Connecteam to improve operational efficiency.
3. Support the MD with business-wide projects and problem-solving.
4. Keep team communication strong—you’ll be a key point of contact.
