Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Professional to join our team in Weymouth, United Kingdom. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients by providing essential non-medical support services, enabling them to maintain their independence at home.
* Embark on daily adventures in client care, from sprucing up personal grooming to whipping up delicious meals.
* Become a ray of sunshine in our clients' lives, spreading cheer and positive vibes throughout their day.
* Play chauffeur and social butterfly, accompanying clients on exciting outings and appointments.
* Channel your inner detective to keep a watchful eye on clients' well-being, reporting any changes to our care coordinator.
* Flex your empathy muscles and adapt to each client's unique needs like a care chameleon.
* Putting first, dignity and independence, enhancing our clients' quality of life.
As Care Professionals we receive:
* Competitive rates of pay up to £14.25 per hour.
* Paid waiting time up to 1 hour.

We are looking for someone with good availability throughout that is looking for around 30 hours + per week.
You are required to work every other weekend.
Qualifications
* Experience in supporting older people a minimum of 1 year preferred but not necessary.
* You will have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on finding creative ways to improve a person's life.
* You will be reliable, trustworthy, compassionate and respectful.
* Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English.
* Available to work every other weekend is a must.
* Driving licence is necessary to work in surrounding areas.
