Job Purpose: As an e-CRM Manager, you will be responsible for managing learndirect’s HubSpot and leading our email & SMS marketing efforts. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless, automated, and data-driven customer relationship management while optimising communication strategies to drive engagement and revenue. You will play a key role in executing e-CRM strategies, maintaining strong relationships with existing learners, and contributing to overall marketing initiatives. Your expertise in HubSpot’s features will be instrumental in successfully engaging and nurturing our customer base. This role will be based in our Bournemouth, Dorset office. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: CRM Management (HubSpot) Oversee and manage HubSpot CRM across Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs. Develop, implement, and maintain automated workflows to streamline business processes. Ensure data accuracy and consistency through data cleaning and segmentation. Build and manage reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics. Provide training and support to internal teams on HubSpot best practices. Stay up to date with HubSpot updates and implement new features or improvements. Support in managing and maintaining the e-CRM strategy, encompassing automated email campaigns, segmentation, and personalised content using HubSpot. Set up and deploy integrated apps within automated workflows to support business initiatives. Email & SMS Marketing Work closely with the design and Marcomms team to create engaging and high-performing email campaigns. Plan and develop a monthly email and SMS plan for learndirect Digital Group. Deliver emails and SMS on an ad hoc basis with quick turnarounds to meet the needs of a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Send SMS marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and conversions. Utilise segmentation and personalisation tools to optimise communication effectiveness. Monitor and analyse campaign performance to identify trends and insights, providing recommendations for improvements. Use HubSpot's reporting capabilities to track and measure the success of sale and marketing campaigns, sharing results with key stakeholders. A/B test subject lines, messaging, and layouts to enhance campaign effectiveness. Additional Work with external agencies to implement and drive AI innovation across the business. What we are looking for in you - Essential: Proven experience as a CRM Manager or similar role, with at least 2 years managing HubSpot. In-depth knowledge of HubSpot's eCRM functionalities, including automation, personalisation, workflows, and reporting Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to measure campaign effectiveness. Familiarity with data protection regulations, particularly GDPR, and its application in e-CRM activities. Detail-oriented, organised, and capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft engaging and relevant content. Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally and provide guidance on HubSpot best practice Why work with Us?
