Employment Solicitor, Berkshire, 4-10 Years’ PQE, £70,000 - £90,000 (DOE) – This is a respondent based workload without corporate support matters. Clients are household names. This is an outstanding opportunity for a talented Employment Solicitor to join a leading boutique employment law firm.
OVERVIEW:
1. Applications are sought from Employment Solicitors with between 4-10 years’ PQE; however, this firm is focused on recruiting the right ‘fit’, so if you are outside of this bracket but like the sound of this role, you are encouraged to apply.
2. The client base is often global, although can vary enormously in size, so being comfortable dealing with OMB’s, senior in-house counsel, and c-suite is essential.
3. The work is spread across a range of sectors including FMCG, travel, pharmaceutical, gaming, manufacturing, and recruitment with a healthy split between non-contentious and contentious work.
4. You will be able to advise on a variety of matters from employment contracts and policies to post-termination restrictions and related claims, and defending tribunal claims.
5. You will have knowledge of contemporary employment issues and be able to deliver strategic, no-nonsense advice to international clients.
