Accounts Assistant
Pinpoint Resourcing are currently working with a well-established business based in Croydon to source an Accounts Assistant (Purchase Ledger) to join them permanently.
Responsibilities:
* Working alongside a fast-paced finance team assisting with handling internal/external queries.
* Processing company invoices on Sage 200, ensuring accurate coding, input, and filing. Manage the reconciliation and settlement of ledger balances.
* Update accounting records with daily bank deposits and payments.
* Bank reconciliations, banking, and assisting with financial administration.
* Send out settlement statements and update vendors on the status of their accounts.
Requirements:
* Attention to detail essential to ensure accuracy of payments.
* Experience in customer service.
* Knowledge and experience of Sage 200 desirable.
* Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
* Experience or desire to work in a small finance team.
* Strong numeracy, admin, organizational, and time management skills.
* Good standard of written and spoken English.
Salary + Other Information:
* £28,000
* Based in Croydon
* 5 days in the office
