Job Description People Services Change Lead Full-time/Part-time/Job Share Derby What you will be doing This role is accountable for the successful delivery of transformation projects across People Services. You will be motivated by identifying and delivering change. As part of the Strategy and Transformation team you will be setting the standards for managing and delivering change projects for People Services. You will adapt your approach, plan and priorities in line with changes in legislation, policy, business need, or strategic direction to ensure your planned approach remains relevant and programme of change is optimised. You will apply your expertise and knowledge in change, compliance and project methodology to set direction and resolve issues. Working autonomously on key projects this role will also seek input from, and work in partnership with multiple stakeholders across GBS and the broader business to optimise project delivery. Where the impact of a project is broad or the subject matter complex, you will take guidance from the Head of People Services Strategy and Transformation. Responsibilities In this role, you will be: Understand current state, clearly identifying risks, issues and required service enhancements across People Services globally. Identify opportunities to enhance employee experience and improve effectiveness across the enterprise Identify and solve technical and operational problems, understanding and recognising any impact across the end to end process. Recognise the need for change and design new ways of working with associated approvals, testing, implementing and embedding change. Shape proposals for change which recommend best in class solutions applying a number of considerations and recommended implementation methodology such as: “lean” processes, agile methodology, technology, market research, data, ROI, compliance and risk management. Adapt plans and priorities in line with strategic change and business need whilst ensuring we can continue to deliver operational objectives. Deliver more robust governance & controls ensuring future state audit policy & practice is designed, embedded and continually reviewed to deliver robust compliance & management. Using effective project management methodology make proactive proposals to adapt the plan and priorities for the People Services change program guided by policy, legislation or strategic change in the business. Understand how People Services supports business objectives and use this knowledge and network to influence, embed and re-prioritise change programs. Design and embed an effective communications plan to guide and influence users to adopt best practice, inform them of change initiatives, provide progress updates and to work within process and policy guidelines. Identify and communicate risks & issues, applying best practise issue resolution and risk mitigation skills to manage and resolve. Why Rolls-Royce?
