We are seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join a leading law firm in Suffolk. As a Conveyancer, you will be responsible for handling a caseload of residential and commercial conveyancing transactions, providing exceptional client service and working closely with clients to ensure their needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle a varied caseload of residential and commercial conveyancing transactions, including purchases, sales, remortgages, and transfers of equity
Prepare and review contracts, guarantees, and other legal documents
Conduct searches and investigations on property titles
Liaise with clients, lenders, estate agents, and other professionals to ensure timely and smooth transactions
Identify and manage potential risks and issues in transactions
Provide expert advice to clients on conveyancing matters
Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring compliance with firm policies and procedures
Contribute to the development of the Property Department's marketing strategy and business development initiativesRequirements:
4-5 years' PQE in conveyancing or a related field
Strong understanding of residential and commercial conveyancing law and practice
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
