This role also encompasses internal sales, general administrative duties, and fostering strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate and timely quotes tailored to client needs.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.

Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or services.

Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry, reporting, and record-keeping.

Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the logistics sector however this isnt essential

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
