The Role:
* Delivering engaging and well-structured English lessons to KS3 and KS4 students (KS5 available for experienced candidates).
* Encouraging a love of literature and developing strong literacy skills across all year groups.
* Assessing and tracking student progress to ensure all learners achieve their full potential.
* Working collaboratively with colleagues to enhance curriculum development.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Have experience teaching English in a secondary school setting.
* Be a passionate educator with a commitment to student success.
* Possess excellent subject knowledge and a track record of improving attainment.
* Be eager to contribute to the wider school community and ongoing professional development.
