This is an exciting time to reset our strategic direction following the new partnership with Barclays UK, this opportunity sits within the CRM team and will drive forward and deliver outstanding CRM comms to the Tesco Clubcard base. Facing into Tesco and the newly formed Partnerships team, you’ll be responsible for building relationships, annual and quarterly planning and the implementation of comms. You’ll devise the best strategic outcomes for Tesco Clubcard CRM activity, implementing best in class comms whilst making efficiencies in alignment with Tesco Bank CRM comms. You’ll lead on how communications will help deliver commercial, customer and business objectives and are responsible for bringing the right stakeholders together to deliver and evolve ways of working. You’ll be leading in best-in-class, multi-channel and personalised communications through leveraging Bank and Tesco Clubcard data. The role will also have accountability for information and business advice, (specifically related to Workfront). This will involve providing specialist advice on the interpretation and application of policies and procedures, resolving queries and issues and referring very complex or contentious issues to others. What you’ll be doing Create and deliver the Tesco CRM Clubcard communications plan including channel planning, testing approach, creative development, measurement and communications retro. Strategy Formation and Implementation: Develop tactical and strategic plans for optimising resources to drive the CRM Tesco Clubcard initiatives. Providing specialist advice on the interpretation and application of policies and procedures, resolving queries and issues and referring very complex or contentious issues to others. Build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives. Sees ahead to future possibilities and translates them into breakthrough strategies. For example, knows what to prioritise for the greatest strategic impact on the organisation. Takes industry and market trends into account in decisions. Explores possibilities that may impact the team or organisation in the future. Builds strong customer relationships and delivers customer-centric solutions. Studies customer feedback and emerging customer needs and uses these to determine some creative new ideas. We need you to have Experience in delivering best in class marketing campaigns across multiple channels both on and offline. Strong Experience in CRM/ Direct channel marketing. Good knowledge of database marketing. Experience working in a regulated environment. Good communication and stakeholder skills. And if you have any of these, even better. Other channels marketing an advantage, i.e. social media. Line management experience is desirable. Experience working in an agile environment.
