Job Description As Programme Manager you will be accountable for the successful delivery of programmes and projects, both technical and non, across all of our venue estate, corporate environment and Omnichannel initiatives. This will be inclusive of complex large strategic programmes, BAU roadmap, maintenance, upgrades and services delivered by internal and 3rd party teams. This is an exciting opportunity to take responsibility for major change initiatives which will drive our business forward into a technology-lead, immersive entertainment experience for our customer base. You will provide leadership and direct line management for an excellent team of Project Managers, Business Analysts and Project Coordinators. The role will need your Programme Management expertise to lead internal and external teams from a variety of technical & business disciplines to deliver various projects or initiatives. This will involve ensuring all delivery controls are in place through the creation, tracking and monitoring of detailed plans and required documentation as necessary to provide confidence and reliability in delivering change. Alongside PMO, Engineering, IT Ops, Operations, Product, Commercial, Finance and Marketing teams, you will seek to improve existing ways of working and create new processes to increase the efficiency, reliability, transparency and measurability of delivery in the technology space.
