An exciting new Regional Operations Manager opportunity for an experienced multi-site manager with a successful care home management background.
We're delighted to be working with a respected and growing care provider supporting with this key appointment to oversee a small portfolio of beautifully appointed elderly care homes across the North and North East of England.
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and strategic leader who thrives on driving quality, supporting high-performing Home Managers, and influencing outcomes at a regional level. With new homes opening over the coming months and years, this is also a great time to join the business and play a key role in its continued success and growth journey.
Responsibilities:
Leading and inspiring a portfolio of premium care homes to deliver exceptional standards of care and compliance
Supporting Home Managers with coaching, development and operational guidance
Driving commercial performance, occupancy, and quality across all sites
Playing a hands-on role in new home openings and regional development
Acting as a brand ambassador for a values-led, resident-focused care provider
Requirements:
An experienced multi-site manager or senior operations professional within the elderly care sector
A natural leader with excellent relationship-building and mentoring skills
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and care governance
Commercially astute, quality-focused and driven by excellence in care delivery
Salary:
c£75,000 - £80,000pa DOSE
Plus mileage and expenses
