Job summary The post holder is responsible for ensuring the effective management of the peritoneal dialysis department. They will provide clinical and managerial leadership to the team. They will supervise the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care ensuring that nursing and corporate standards are maintained and measured.
