What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking to appoint a highly organised and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Examination Officer. Your primary responsibilities will be administration of national (public) examinations and internal examinations, ensuring all procedures comply with the examination board regulations. Our standards are, indeed, extremely high and you will have the energy, enthusiasm and skills to secure outstanding practice.
An ideal candidate for the role will have:
• Good standard of general education (i.e. GCSE Maths & English or equivalent).
• Significant administrative experience.
• Recent and relevant experience of a busy school office or similar environment.
• Knowledge of the Google Suite of programs.
• Knowledge and understanding of awarding organisations and the regulatory framework for administering examinations.
• Knowledge of school policies and procedures relating to health, safety, security and confidentiality of data and equal opportunities.
