Ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll
Maintaining confidential employee records and payroll information
Assisting with internal and external audits
Reconciling payroll discrepancies
Adhering to company and statutory policies
Communicating effectively with staff regarding payroll queries
Participating in payroll projects
Supporting the wider Accounting & Finance team as neededProfile
The successful applicant will have:
Demonstrable experience in a Payroll position
Experience of pensions would be ideal
Proficiency in payroll software; iTrent
Excellent numerical and data entry skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
An understanding of payroll legislation and procedures
