Start date: 1st September 2025
Due to the retirement of the current post-holder, the Governors, staff and children are looking to appoint an inspirational Deputy Headteacher who has broad primary teaching experience, is passionate about education, committed to inclusion and motivated to make a real difference.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
High motivation and proven strategic leadership skills.
The ability to inspire, motivate and deliver exciting and challenging learning experiences for our children.
The ability to foster a nurturing and inclusive school culture where children flourish and mental health and well-being have a high priority.
High expectations for pupil achievement and behaviour with a proven track record of improving outcomes.
Experience of being part of a Senior Leadership Team.
Successful leadership of a core subject.
Strong inter-personal and communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with all stakeholders.
The ability to confidently challenge, inspire and lead staff.
