Job Overview Berkshire and Surrey Pathology Services BSPS are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, and highly flexible individual to fill a part time job share as Head of Transport based at our Cody Depot at Farnborough. Keyboard and driving skills are both vital elements of the job Main duties of the job To support the Head of Transport in running the BSPS transport service. To include playing a full role in the strategic corporate leadership of the BSPS transport service. To cover the duties of the Head of Transport in their absence. Day to day leadership of the BSPS Transport team. To be responsible for setting standards of work within the pathology transport service and ensuring these are promulgated and adhered to. Responsible for the recruitment and training of staff across a complex multi-site, multi-Trust business. Excellent communication skills to enable the job holder to deal with complex communication issues across a wide range of work areas, dealing with staff at all levels as well as demanding customer interactions.
