This role is specifically dedicated to our operations, where you will oversee the delivery of cleaning, waste management, landscaping, and pest control services across various office locations.
Your responsibilities include coordinating with ISS local teams, FM partners, and our supply chain to ensure seamless facility management service delivery.
By leveraging your expertise and leadership in soft services management, you will contribute significantly to our goal of providing exceptional service performance that aligns with our customers' needs and aspirations.

Key Responsibilities
1. Take responsibility for contract delivery to the client driving excellence in performance, compliance, conformance and continuous improvement
2. Lead with a partnership vision focused on delivering best value to all Stakeholders supporting, implementing and contributing to the strategic gaols of the organisation across its real estate platform
3. Be ‘the face’ of Facilities Delivery within the office, taking control and ownership of all Facilities related activity, acting as an agent and representative of the client and linking with delivery partners both ISS and 3rd Party to deliver against client needs
4. Ensure compliance with Contract Deliverables, Performance, KPIs, Reporting and shared objectives with the Aviva client team
5. Have a thorough knowledge of how the Aviva Office Services function operates and of the supply chain partners’ network
6. Build relationships with all stakeholders across the Aviva business
7. Drive clear, concise and timely communication across all teams and with various stakeholder groups within the client
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
8. Experience within FM/Cleaning Manager is preferred/Soft Services
9. Good Administration Skills
