About The Role As a Behaviour Teaching Assistant, you will help students by using behaviour support strategies and guiding them towards their learning goals. You will work closely with students, teachers, and other professionals to create a caring and supportive classroom environment. Essential Qualities That We Are Looking For Using behaviour management strategies to support students. Helping students improve their behaviour through focused support. Working with teachers and staff to create a positive classroom environment. Stepping in during challenging situations to keep students safe and supported when needed. The Successful Candidate Will Experience working with children or young people, especially in handling challenging behaviours. Able to work well with a team of different professionals.
