Compliance Coordinator
We are recruiting on behalf of our well-established rural Hereford based client who requires a Compliance Coordinator to join them on a full-time, permanent basis.
The successful individual will play a key role within the technical team, ensuring products comply with both legal and customer requirements by monitoring compliance and due diligence specifications across the product range.
This is an excellent opportunity for a diligent and data-oriented candidate with good IT skills and prior compliance experience to join an interesting and innovative company.
What you can expect:
1. Salary: up to £32k, negotiable depending on experience
2. 8:30am – 5pm, Monday to Friday
3. Annual leave: 25 days plus 8 days bank holiday

What you will be doing:
1. Label and packaging changes control against commercial and customer communications
2. Review suppliers’ due diligence for packaging to correct information
3. Update quality service levels and complaints data as part of internal KPI reporting
4. Review compliance results against regulations highlighting any non-conformances
5. Liaise with quality assurance and production teams
6. Support with monitoring systems, ensuring products packed and dispatched to meet customer specifications and legal requirements
7. Improvement of Quality Management Systems
8. Process control auditing and assist with sampling, as required
9. There may be additional duties required
What we are looking for:
1. A competent, data-oriented administrator with an eye for detail
2. Computer literate, with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
3. Prior due diligence and compliance experience is essential
4. Prioritisation skills, able to work on your own initiative taking full ownership for your work
5. Organised with great communication skills
6. Full clean driving licence and be prepared to travel within the UK, on occasion
Location: Commutable from Hereford, Leominster, Bromyard, Tenbury Wells, Ludlow, and surrounding areas.
