We are currently recruiting for a Office Junior to join our busy solicitors office.
Main duties will include:-
Filing, Typing letters, emailing, photocopying, handling correspondence, supporting accounts, helping answering phone calls, taking payments, assisting other staff members.
Required Skills:-
Organised, good communication skills, friendly and helpful, trustworthy and reliable, computer literate especially word, and ms office. Self motivated as well as being able to work in a team. Willingness to undertake other duties as required and to cover reception staff during holiday leave. Ideally worked in a similar role previously.
