Child and Family Support Worker (Part Time 0.6 Mon-Wed – 22.5 hours per week – Full Year) (Salary – Band D £30,296 – £34,834; actual salary £18,423 – £21,183) We are a large primary school based in North Solihull, catering for pupils from ages 3 – 11. This is a varied role that focuses in particular on supporting the Designated Safeguarding Leader in promoting the safety and wellbeing of our children and their families. The job purpose is to ensure effective advice, guidance and support for families, children and young people in order to encourage engagement, raise standards, aspirations and facilitate academic progress. You will have experience of making referrals, undertaking home visits and providing practical help and support to families.
