Agile Team Lead/Scrum Master - Newcastle

Please Note: Due to the nature of client work you will be undertaking, you will need to be willing to go through a Security Clearance process as part of this role, which requires 5+ years UK address history at the point of application.

As an Agile Team Lead/Scrum Master, you will:
* Hold overall accountability for the effective delivery of complex, high risk products and services.
* Work directly with technical and non-technical team members.
* Oversee agile and lean processes, maintain delivery momentum and implement best practices.
* Plan and track deliverables including managing risks, issues and dependencies.
* Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to report status.
* Own commercial and financial deliverables.
* Act as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile Methodology.
* Be a custodian for the Agile process and ensure all scrum processes are used as intended.
The following skills and experience are required for this role:
* 3-5 years relevant experience in leading technology projects across the end to end delivery lifecycle.
* Experience of delivery management tools such as Jira/Confluence.
* Agile Scrum.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and coach and mentor junior team members.
* Governance and assurance, making and guiding decisions.
* Experience of drafting commercial documents and creating resource plans.
