Requirements
About you
1. 8+ years experience in management consulting and/or experience in a technology or software business.
2. Bachelors degree in business, finance, engineering, economics, or any other relevant field.
3. Master of Business Administration (MBA) (a strong asset).
4. Relevant experience as a business operations leader with a commercial, customer-centric and continuous improvement mindset.
5. Experience in one or more of the following areas: sales (customer acquisition, market penetration), customer service (support and professional services), product development (research and development) (an asset).
6. Financial acumen (P&L management, budget, forecast).
7. People-centric leader with experience successfully building, leading, developing, and mentoring a high performing team.
8. Experience mobilizing people toward a common goal.
9. Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and drive results.
10. Entrepreneurial spirit, results oriented, driven, proactive and a team player.
11. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to change with agility.
12. High degree of accountability and ownership of your work.
13. Strategic and hands-on.
14. Excellent communication skills (English is mandatory).
15. Must be legally authorised to work in The UK.
