Job Title: Sales Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at HBD Partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving corporate business into our globally-branded contemporary lifestyle hotel in Southwest London.
About the Role:
* The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales across all market segments, with a focus on corporate transient and bedroom groups business, from across the local southwest London and Surrey markets, into the hotel.
* Manage relationships with key clients and agents and the stadium sales team.
* Regular face-to-face appointments per week to source new business.
* Work closely with the General Manager, Regional Director of Sales and wider brand sales team.
* Hold site visits and client entertainment as required.
* Produce sales activity reports as required.
Requirements:
* Hotel corporate sales experience is essential.
* Current experience within the southwest London/Surrey market is highly desirable.
* A proven track record of successful business development and account management is essential.
* A proactive, hunter, self-motivated, driven, commercially aware and results orientated, and proactive attitude is required.
* Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
* A full and clean driving licence and own car are preferred, but not essential.
What We Offer:
Up to £45,000 per annum plus bonus and benefits.
