We are looking for a Sales Manager / Business Development Manager to join a top provider specialising in the development and manufacturing of advanced water jet cutting systems. My client supplies cutting-edge products that play a vital role in industries such as the de- commissioning of oil & gas platforms (both on shore and offshore), explosive ordnance disposal, and ship recycling. The role is based in Great Yarmouth. Duties and responsibilities of the Sales Manager / Business Development Manager • Lead strategic global sales initiatives within the Energy sector for Offshore De- commissioning • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and identify new opportunities • Develop and implement sales strategies, while representing the company at trade fairs and industry events • Collaborate closely with the internal sales team, sharing vital information and driving the development of a sales pipeline • Contribute to ongoing R&D projects, particularly in market launch and technical optimisation, while engaging with customers Qualifications and requirements for the Sales Manager / Business Development Manager: • Goal-focused with the ability to meet customer needs and address challenges effectively • Able to travel worldwide as required, and able to travel to the office in Great Yarmouth twice a week • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point) • Hold a full UK passport, and a full UK Drivers licence This vacancy is being advertised by HSB Technical who have been appointed to act as the recruitment consultancy for this role
