Marketing Executive sought to support Commercial Division's marketing team in developing and executing marketing plans, managing social media, creating content, and enhancing brand visibility and engagement.
As a key member of the Commercial and Marketing team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through effective marketing strategies. Your responsibilities will include:
* Developing and implementing marketing campaigns to promote new products and services, as well as the business's overarching identity.
* Leading the output of social media profiles, including Twitter, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels, to drive engagement and visibility.
* Creating engaging content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
* Monitoring and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
* Collaborating with the product development team to ensure marketing strategies align with product launches and updates.
* Working closely with colleagues across the business to ensure cohesive communication and marketing efforts.
* Conducting market research and analysing data to inform marketing strategies, identify trends, and understand customer preferences.
* Providing administrative support for the marketing team, including preparing agendas and taking action points from meetings.
To be considered for this role, you will need at least 2 years' experience in a marketing role, accompanied by a degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications. You will be a strong communicator, both verbally and in writing, and a creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas. Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools, as well as knowledge of Content Management Systems, SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Mailchimp, is also essential.
