Part-Time HR Manager - Old Street | £45-50K FTE\n\nAre you an experienced HR professional looking for a flexible, part-time role in a dynamic and close-knit team? We're seeking a Part-Time HR Manager to join our clients team, working 4 days per week (Monday to Thursday preferred), from 9am to 5pm with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break. This role is based near Old Street 3 days per week, with 1 day working from home.\n\nAbout the Role\n\nAs our HR Manager, you will support a small team of around 18 colleagues, ensuring smooth HR operations and fostering a positive company culture.
Your responsibilities will include:\n\nHR management & performance management\nDeveloping and communicating policies & procedures\nRecruitment & succession planning\nManaging formal meetings & employee relations\nSupporting the Director as neededAbout You\n\nWe are looking for an HR professional with at least 5 years' experience, ideally CIPD Level 5 qualified (Senior HR Advisors with extensive experience will also be considered).
