* Knowing our menu well, including ingredients and cooking techniques, to help guests with their choices.
* Serving dishes with style, pouring wine accurately, and creating memorable dining moments.
* Working well with your colleagues to ensure a smooth service.
* Recommending featured items, drinks, and wine pairings to enhance guests' experiences.
* Handling high-pressure situations calmly, professionally and referring them to the line manager, if necessary.
