Digital Information Technician - Graduate

As the GRAHAM Business continues to grow and develop, we are seeking an enthusiastic Digital Information Technician to train on site related Digital Information Management Solutions such as Autodesk Build. The Digital Information Technician will work closely with the business and IT team to provide training, assistance, and support on all aspects of IT and Digital applications. The role will also involve input and support to the bid and construction teams in meeting ISO19650 Information Management standards as required.
The role will require some travel to regional offices and sites to provide a service to projects across the UK. Flexibility is also required as some work may have to be outside office hours.
Job Description:
Information Management
1. Support the production, management and compliance of Information Management Policy and strategy in line with ISO19650 requirements.
2. Support the use of Specialist Digital Information Management software to support project delivery.
3. Support on all aspects of project Information Management delivery as set out in GRAHAM Information Management Processes and IMS as required.
4. Support in the identification of appropriate hardware and software for use to deliver construction projects meeting Information Management client requirements in line with ISO19650 standards.
5. Represent GRAHAM and provide advice and material for GRAHAM construction bids in relation to Information Management.
6. Identify and highlight project risks in terms of Information Management delivery against ISO19650 standards.
7. Audit Information Management projects as required and proactively seek to improve performance delivery against ISO19650 standards.
8. Identify benefits and lessons learned for every Information Management project that is completed and put in place continuous improvement.
Digital
1. Ability to understand IT solutions and relate them to construction teams.
2. Preparation and delivery of IT training courses to all levels of staff within the business making good use of technology such as Teams.
3. Provide a mix of formal and informal training as required to support learner needs.
4. Organise the training environment and attendees.
5. Develop SCORM compliant training material ensuring relevance to job role as required and to include videos, how to guides, manuals.
6. Ongoing development of company’s LMS and other training solutions/learning technologies to assist in the transfer of knowledge/skills.
7. Maintain appropriate records of the training delivered and provide reports to the management team concerning attendance/uptake.
8. Monitor the quality and effectiveness of all training delivered, ensuring it is kept up to date and compliant with new legislation, standards and codes of practice.
9. Travel to Graham offices/sites throughout NI and GB to deliver training.
10. Passionate about technology with the ability to identify and embrace new technologies that are relevant to GRAHAM.

1. 3rd Level Education in Architectural Technology, Architectural Engineering, BIM Information Modelling Project Management or equivalent.
