Excellent communication and IT skills (including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint) are also essential. Critical to the role is the ability to develop trusted relationships with key stakeholders, with the ability to challenge and influence others. The post holder will also ensure processes are efficient, effective and consistent across all areas they are responsible for, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
