Role responsibilities
The Business Support Manager will be responsible for providing the Executive Director for Customer & Communications with administrative and project support to ensure the efficient and successful delivery of Customer & Communication services.
* Responsible for co-ordination of Team meetings for the SLT of the Customer & Communication directorate including facilitation of the meeting, minute taking and managing attendees to ensure the events are both organised and productive.
* Provide secretariat duties for formal meetings to ensure that minutes and agreed follow-up activities are captured accurately to highlight the appropriate actions.
* Responsible for supporting the production and co-ordination of presentations for wider TfW audience, organising the presentation and facilitating the sessions to ensure TfW employees are kept informed of relevant directorate activities.
* Maintain accurate records and updating the Directorate skills, professional subscriptions and training and development plan so that training can be coordinated and planned for.
Who we\\\'re looking for
* Demonstrable experience in an administrative role in a complex environment with conflicting demands.
* Proven experience of providing secretariat duties, including taking minutes and co-ordinating actions amongst attendees.
* Experience in undertaking drafting tasks, such as accurately proofreading and interpreting a range of documents - including papers, reports, letters, spreadsheets and presentations.
* Previous experience of managing sensitive and confidential material.
Welsh Language Skills
The ability to speak/write Welsh would make a great addition to your application, but it is not essential for this role.
