Rotating Shift Pattern:
Week 1: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Week 2: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Week 3: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Job Description
The Go-To Team Host serves as the eyes and ears of the workplace, ensuring a seamless experience by engaging with employees and visitors. As the primary point of contact, you represent the client’s brand and contribute to an exceptional workplace culture.
You are a well-organised, detail-oriented individual with a confident and sociable personality, allowing you to build strong relationships across the workplace. You thrive as part of a team and enjoy helping others succeed.
Key Responsibilities
* Conducting assigned Daily & Monthly Checklists to ensure the quality of assigned workspaces, improve performance and enhance tracking.
* Ensuring colleagues feel welcome, and their needs are taken care of in a fun, friendly, and professional manner at all times.
* Maintaining a clear, presentable, and safe office floor.
* Maintaining a strong floor presence and observing quality control issues (i.e., facility cleanliness, comfort factors) and actively logging tickets requiring service from other areas.
* Dealing with guests and colleagues' inquiries promptly and politely.
* Providing technical support in the form of first-line fixes such as reboots and connection inspections while delivering against a clear handoff process to the Tech bar for unresolved issues.
* Monitoring of meeting room bookings and usage.
* Floor walks to check meeting rooms for cleanliness.
* Meeting room & Visitor booking/management.
* Ensuring all AV/IT are in working order, and you can demonstrate how to use.
* Meeting room setup and clear down.
* Delivering occasional surprise and delight or pop-up events at the Home Kitchen areas.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
* Experience working with the public (e.g., cabin crew, hotel background).
* Solid experience dealing with high-profile clients.
* Proven track record of stellar customer service.
* Strong teamwork skills.
* Proficient in technology and Microsoft Office Suite.
