In this role, you will be responsible for managing a variety of tasks, ensuring smooth operations and excellent outcomes. This will include organising schedules, liaising with stakeholders, and gathering feedback to support continuous improvement.
We are seeking individuals with a background in office-based Customer Service who excel in coordination, organisation, and time management. A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential for success in this position.
Some of the Customer Service Coordinator responsibilities will include:
Building strong relationships with clients.
Coordinating with internal and external contacts to ensure all requirements are met.
Ensuring materials and resources are in place.
Ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Gathering valuable feedback for improvements.
Identifying and implementing new ideas to add value and streamline processes.This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, with a salary at or around £25,000.
