Main duties of the job We're looking for someone to produce high-quality and engaging communications to support both internal and external activity for the people we care for, the people who work for us, and our partners. As part of this, you would be: To plan and deliver impactful and outcome focused communications campaigns, plans and content that support the organisation's strategic priorities - flexing between working collaboratively, with colleagues and external stakeholders, and working autonomously. To support the delivery of our new identity, helping relevant stakeholders (both internal and external) understand the changes and the actions they need to take as a result. To proactively source good news stories, and convey them in the way that is best suited to different audience's needs, that help the organisation raise awareness of its mission and services and deliver its strategic priorities.
