As a part-time Senior Recruitment Consultant for Talent Seeker, you’ll have the flexibility to work around your life; whether that's family commitments, passions outside of work, or simply the desire for more control over your day-to-day.
Please only apply if you live a commutable distance to our office in Fordingbridge, Hampshire on a hybrid basis and have your own transport.

The ideal candidate:
* An experienced recruiter / headhunter (in-house or agency) with a passion for headhunting top-tier talent and delivering a best-in-class service.
* A proactive and highly self-motivated individual who thrives on flexibility and autonomy.
* You must possess a genuine passion for recruitment and connecting talented people with their ideal role.
* An exceptional communicator and relationship builder.
* A positive, friendly and collaborative personality.
* Someone with an existing client base, or at least a strong local network of connections and potential future clients.
To be considered for this role, you must live within a commutable distance to our Fordingbridge office.
