Electrical Site Superviser needed (full time, 40 hours per week)
JOB OVERVIEW
To manage and supervise trade operatives and sub-contractors in the most profitable and productive way possible. You will ensure the consistent delivery of an efficient and cost-effective customer-focused operational planned management service, covering all maintenance and repairs activity undertaken by the section and you will assist in the implementation of processes for the continuous improvement of organisations planned works service activities.

We're people focused which means you'll: * Talk to clients and customers and deal with queries and enquiries * Liaise with customers, Operatives, Sub-Contractors, Contractors and Agency workers throughout the works, to ensure all a quality service is delivered and provide support from start to finish of a job * Liaise with the Site Manager and other relevant ForViva Group memeber teams to improve on and report on the performance of repairs. * Assist Operational works planners in the allocation of work orders in line with Liberty priorities * Supervise Trade operatives & Contractors in accordance with the organisations codes of conduct and HR policies and procedures. * Assist Site Managers with regards to monitoring and maintain the organisations IT systems (I-Trent) ensuring all holidays, sickness and all types of special leave is recorded. * Work closely with colleagues in your team and build relationships with the wider Liberty team

* Ensure the consistent delivery of an efficient and cost-effective customer-focused operational repairs service, covering all maintenance and repairs activity undertaken by the section * Assist in the implementation of processes for the continuous improvement of organisations responsive repairs service activities. * Record and maintain operatives performance against set targets, implementing performance management plans as necessary * Ensure that the results of inspection and testing of electrical work are recorded correctly on the appropriate certificates or reports. * Check all electrical certificates and survey sheets from external electrical contractors for inaccuracies and once checked, to forward the certificates to Admin personnel to input job tickets * Effectively monitor all works from commencement to hand over Including checking of all electrical certification, in conjunction with current BS7671 regulations and safe working practices as described in City West Works trading as Liberty Electrical Policies and Procedures document. * Ensure the correct procedures are in place so operatives receive work orders in the most effective way possible, and all completed / cancelled work orders are updated on a daily basis, in accordance with the organisations IT system (Open Contractor / Opti-Time)
Qualifications and Training
You have GCSEs or equivalent in maths and English
You have served a recognised Electrical apprenticeship and/or appropriate trade qualifications
Qualified Supervisor role (Definition - A Qualified Supervisor is an electrically competent person with specific responsibility, on a day to day basis, for the safety, technical standard and quality of electrical work under his/her supervision)
ECS Gold (Minimum Must possess the 18th Edition I.E.E Wiring Regulations Must possess City & Guilds 2391 or equivalent qualification
Experience, knowledge, skills and qualities
You are experienced and competent in all aspects of the electrical discipline

Experience of working on maintenance of domestic properties
Previous experience of previewing and ordering materials
Able to work with demanding deadlines and manage resources through peaks and troughs
Annual salary of £38,850 is on offer.
