About the Role:
As an Activities Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents' well-being taking care of organising social activities in our care home. Your responsibilities will include:
* Plan, organise recreational activities: Coordinate outings, events, and entertainment within the care home, develop and implement programmes that cater to residents' interests and abilities and collaborate with staff to ensure activities promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
* Provide exceptional resident care: This encompasses respecting residents' dignity, assisting with daily living activities, supporting mobility, and offering emotional support.
* Communicate and collaborate: Effectively communicate with residents, families, and the care team, while collaborating to create a positive environment.
* Maintain resident well-being: Maintain accurate records of activity participation and resident feedback.
