About the Role
As a Paralegal in the Real Estate team, you will primarily assist the Plot Sales team, managing a variety of residential property sale transactions. Your responsibilities will include:
* Handling your own caseload of residential property sales.
* Liaising with developers, buyers’ solicitors, and other key stakeholders.
* Preparing and managing sale contract documentation.
* Coordinating with lenders to release plots from security.
* Conducting legal research and reporting progress to clients.
* Managing all aspects of post-completion work.
* Assisting the broader Real Estate department as needed.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
* Strong organizational and IT skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Excellent communication skills and keen attention to detail.
* A proactive and solutions-focused mindset, contributing to team success.
* Experience in residential or commercial property transactions (minimum 6+ months of experience)
