We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, dedicated and motivated Welfare Assistant to support in our Nursery setting at lunchtimes.

We are looking for a Nursery Welfare Assistant who:
* Is able to supervise pupils’ play activities during their lunchtime
* Is able to supervise the children eating at lunchtime
* Is able to organise and clean play equipment, ensuring safe storage
* Is able to oversee play activities to enhance pupils free time, encouraging valuable play experiences
* Is able to maintain standards of behaviour that comply with the school behaviour policy
* Is able to supervise the transition of pupils from internal to external areas
* Is able to develop play activities; plan activities on a session or daily basis
* Can prepare games and activities
* Is able to carry out general First Aid duties and attend training as required
* Can demonstrate own duties to new or less experienced staff
