Operate CNC grinders, load programs via the database, and perform basic conversational programming. 2D to 3D Experience converting DXF File onto a programme Clean, grind, and package saw blades efficiently. Maintain machine and area cleanliness, adhering to health and safety standards. Keep paperwork and records accurate and up-to-date. Collaborate closely with colleagues for smooth department operations. Regularly clean the machine filtration system. Occasional requirement of use of company vehicles Person Specification of a CNC Machinist / Operator Engineering Background Desirable Background in cutting tools, saw blades, and engineering principles is desirable but not esssential Able to multitask and spot details essential to quality control. Manual dexterity with a physically active approach to work. Strong ability to collaborate effectively with team members. Demonstrated reliability and self-motivation. Educational Requirements General education equivalent to GCSE level.
