Managed Services Project Management Requirement
o Technical customer migration
* This is to coordinate the migration of a number of customers from one platform to another in our private cloud. we need the PM to ensure migrations are scheduled, customer calls in place, customer test plans in place and actions tracked.
o Service Desk Transformation
* Overview -
* The Service Desk is split into multiple teams, each handling different customers or services. The intention is to align teams so that they are less siloed and to cross train the coworkers to enable them to perform multiple activities. As part of the transformation, we are looking at our ITSM tool sets and will need assistance with creating runbooks and knowledge to support the implementation of our new ServiceNow solution and Service Desk processes. We are also looking at new contact centre and shift planning solutions to support the improved performance of the desk
* Workstreams will include (but not limited to) -
o General - manage the transformation of the Service Desk from multiple siloed teams to a more streamlined and efficient solution
o People - creating / aligning job descriptions, aligning salaries, reviewing and aligning working hours, helping with training plans
o Systems - help to identify and possibly implement new contact centre and shift planning solutions for the Service Desk. Also supporting the move to ServiceNow (including the creation of runbooks, etc.)
o Processes - helping to create processes and documentation to support the ongoing Service Desk activities
