The Post holder acts as a key point of contact for the Health Team at the Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH). They will ensure that, colleagues within and external to NHS Sussex the ICS, clients, members of the public and external stakeholders receive a courteous and supportive response to a range of queries and requests for information, on the telephone and in person. The post holder will play a key role in organising and supporting the gathering of health-related information to and from the MASH. They will ensure that records are kept up to date and secure and will respond to queries and requests, seeking advice from Line Manager as requested. The post holder will act as a conduit for the Multi-Agency Risk Assessment Conference, MARAC, to share information with Primary care and the MARAC administrator regarding high-risk cases of domestic abuse. They will identify GPs for victims of Domestic abuse and their children, and request that GPs share relevant health information with the MARAC. Other responsibilities as required: Supporting the team with the management of work, being proactive and innovative to create processes and drive performance Gathering and chasing information from various sources within tight deadlines Collating and presenting data and documents for reporting purposes Managing the inboxes for the team, responding to, and redirecting emails, following process and using initiative. Preparation of agendas, taking minutes and actions, and following up on actions as required The post holder will communicate with external agencies to facilitate MASH health functions ensuring the ICB and wider health economy fulfil all requirements under Working Together (2023) legislation. Sensitive information will be shared by the post holder, as appropriate, and they will work in collaboration with the other MASH Administrators across Sussex, as required, which may involve supporting/covering the work. They will take part in formal supervision and line management processes.
