Schools and Gateway Transition Co-ordinator

37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
Brinsbury College is thrilled to offer an exciting position for a Schools and Gateway Transition Co-ordinator to join our Outstanding team! If you are passionate about making a difference in education, this role is perfect for you.
What You'll Do:
* Coordinate and support a variety of learners across the College, facilitating infill/taster opportunities and ensuring their success.
* Work closely with the 14-16 team and Gateway, building relationships with external stakeholders and our delivery team.
Key Focus Areas:
1. Gateway (Foundation Programmes): Support learners in identifying areas/courses they wish to pursue.
2. Bespoke Programmes: Assist learners with individualised timetables, guiding them towards a full study programme.
3. 14-16 Provision: Support full-time and part-time alternative provision, technical skills days, and Elective Home Educated (EHE) provision.

* Proven organisational and interpersonal skills.

* The ability to engage and encourage students to participate and prepare for future courses or employment.
