The Client:
A global financial services business with an established HR team based in the London office.
About the Head of HR role:
This Head of HR role requires a strong understanding of all HR functions, with the ability to drive strategic HR initiatives across the business. There will also be an element of business partnering, where you will collaborate with key stakeholders to align HR strategy with business goals.
Head of HR Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compensation & benefits.
2. Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the companys business objectives.
3. Build strong relationships with senior leadership, providing strategic HR advice and support.
4. Drive organizational development initiatives to enhance company culture and employee engagement.
5. Manage employee performance, development, and retention strategies.
6. Provide business partnering support across various departments to ensure HR practices meet business needs.
7. Ensure compliance with HR policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
8. Oversee HR data and reporting to support decision-making and business strategy.
Required Experience & Skills:
* Proven track record in HR leadership from a financial services environment is strongly desired.
* Experience with Workday would be beneficial.
* CIPD qualified.
